May I ask what that means? Does that mean they have periods they evolve, As in Change over a short, or long period of time?

“It means it has two evolutions before Gardevoir. Do you remember what Vee looked like before his evolution? Kinda like that. And it all depends on how well you raise it. If you raise it with lots of love and care, it evolves pretty fast.”
