Oh Arceus, Heat was being absolutely adorable. Rebecca managed to hoist Heat up so she could hold him much like a toddler.

“I think you’ll be able to hold him again. He probably just needs time to think it over.”

The trainer gave Heat’s forehead a happy kiss. She was so glad for him.
