“I think I would be happy looking like this. It feels a lot different than being thinner did, in a good way. But I still wanna lose enough to fit better into those shorts.” That was Silver’s main focus as far as his weight went. To fit into those denim shorts without having to stifle his breath. For now, the stretchy shorts would have to do, not that he didn’t love them just as much.
These were something he wouldn’t wear often out of fear for them getting ruined, but these were things to show off to all of his friends. Everyone had to see what he looked like in clothes. “If clothes don’t melt, I’ve got a special place back home where I can put them. It’s the same spot I keep my violin. Somewhere the monsters can’t find it, and the heat can’t ruin it.”
“Then I definitely suggest a little bit at a time to make sure you get to a goal weight.”

“If you felt better than when you were thin, it’s possible you were malnourished. That’s not good, Silv, and I’m glad you feel better.”
There was concern on Rebecca’s face now before she shook her head.
“The clothes won’t but the headband might. It’s made of plastic while the clothes are made from cotton. Only warning, though. They’ll ignite if they get too close to high concentrations of heat.”
