They certainly didn’t feel like coughing any more. This water felt strange but good. Mewtwo wasn’t used to feeling warm on the inside. The trainer’s treatment eased their pain well enough they started drifting off to sleep.
Rebecca held the rag as such until the little Pokemon finally fell asleep, oh-so-gently dislodging it before putting it to the side and gently rocking them in her arms. She carefully laid them back down on the bed, tucked them in and quietly got up to go take care of something important.

Until the little Pokemon felt well enough to leave on their own, she’d put all her empty Pokeballs into item storage so she wouldn’t scare them.
