Hearing the approaching footsteps, Ash perks up, positioning himself to see the other.
“Ah, no! I’m fine–!”
As if to prove so, he jumps back to his feet. The only indicator that he was in pain was him grabbing his head at the faint throbbing.
Rebecca sighed and stood back up, a long-suffering look on her face before she offered her scarred hand.

“Even if you’re alright, you should still put an ice pack on it anyway. Better safe than sorry, as it were. Come on inside.”
