Hunters was far from Shadow’s favorite place to be, but it was the only place that held the proper equipment needed to perform the repairs on the ‘bot. The pieces needed weren’t ready, but Blues still spent a fair amount of time working on them. It left the ninja with the choice of lurking around to ensure he was okay or leaving, and in truth it was hardly really a choice.

He stayed in his namesake, appearance also partially masked by the trench coat he kept on, but that didn’t mean that Shadow didn’t find himself gaining a smaller, blond-haired shadow that seemed to think she was being crafty and unnoticed. The result was a slight raise of a brow as he watched her from the corner of his eye; she was trying to be stealthy and she wasn’t… bad at it.

But ‘not bad’ was hardly good enough to confused Shadow.

“I can see you there, you know.” His voice was soft and surprisingly gentle as he spoke. “I’ve been seeing you. You’ve been following me.”

“Eep-”

She was caught! She thought she had hidden really well that time! Well, that was more for her to work on, she supposed.

“I’m sorry. I was just curious…”

Quite curious about how he had been doing that, blending into the shadows so well. Rebecca didn’t think there was anyone in HQ who could actually do that, probably not anyone in the 00th unit.
