And Rebecca promptly but carefully plopped little Faith in Kin’s arms.
As soon as Kin was in the house, the doors, windows and any other possible entrances immediately locked and were covered with smooth steel plating thanks to Rebecca’s panic button.
There would be no more disturbances tonight, that was for sure. Good thing she had stocked up on all the essentials before Kin had gotten home.

“Awk- I am not adorable, you… You… smoosh face!”
And Kin’s face was gently smooshed some more.
‘I am not! I’m the Ultimate Lifeform!’
“I smell BS, Kin. You are totally a gay baby.”
And Kin got a warm hug.

“What do you think about ‘Faith’ for a name?”
