‘…Festival? What is that?’

“Ah, it’s a festival where all the people in Undella can make a wish. It happens yearly and I’ve gone every year I’ve been here. It’s a wonderful festival and at the end, there’s fireworks that are shaped like flowers.

Everyone has the option of wearing clothing called yukata, or as I like to call them a ‘summer robe’. They’re quite comfy, actually.”

“The patron legendary for it is Jirachi, the Wish Pokemon, appropriately enough.”

“Even without my hypersensitive hearing I heard that. By tonight I’ll be back in my own body, so the answer is yes I wanna go to whatever a Jirachi festival is.”

“You do? That’s great! I’d be more than happy to have you along, Silv. You’re fine with crowds and noise, right?”

“It’s technically called the Wishing Festival but everyone calls it the Jirachi Festival because Jirachi is a legendary Pokemon that grants wishes.”

“I swear to Arceus if I get called in for one more battle I’m going to have Zeke Fusion Bolt the entire place.”

“I wish I could enjoy my retirement without having to be called in every week because the damn champion doesn’t take on female trainers.”

The former champion plopped down on the sofa, a little singed around the edges.

“I missed the Jirachi Festival, that sucks… At least there’s another tonight. I wonder if Silv or Kin would like to come…”

image-Shadow simply stared blankly. He was Totally unaware about what those berries were called, either that or he had terrible memory. Idly staring, and giving a shrug.-

I don’t know what any of those berries are.

“No worries, no worries.”

Rebecca took out a Sitrus, an Oran and a Pecha to show him.

“These are Sitrus, Oran and Pecha, respectively. Sitrus gives you a large boost of energy while Oran gives you a small one. Pecha, on the other hand, can be used for medicinal purposes. They can cure most poisons.”

“I haven’t told Silv the part about Pechas yet though. He just thinks they’re yummy and I’d like it to stay that way.”

Only guessing, stuttering or wavering would give him away like a sore thumb.-

“Haha, so close. I’ve never given Silv Sitrus berries and I’d never dare to give anyone Tamato berries. I’ve only given him, as of the last time we met up, Orans and Pechas, both of which he likes. In fact, the only alternate I’ve given a Sitrus to was Shadow.”

Rebecca softly chuckled with a smile. It didn’t seem like she minded that the two were switched.
