“Dear Palkia, Heat. I shouldn’t fault you for their own mistake but you’re getting a noogie anyway.”
And she promptly pulled him over and gave him a gentle noogie.

"Heat. What did you do.”

“I disappear for one day to fix things with the delivery people and this is what I come back to.”
-Heat turned around fully on his stool, taking the soap covered rag as he stared down her back.
The familiar tingle of temptation came in his head, crinkling his lips and sneering slightly. Focusing on her shoulders, and easing the rag on them first. Slowly, and carefully taking his time going down from there. He couldn’t keep himself from softly tracing her scars, not wanting to injure them and yes, wishing to follow their pattern and Memorize.
Memorizing these…
These acquired essences of the person before him.
Only a Glimpse of what he saw as her experiences, he could only imagine what caused these.
Although he wouldn’t ask.
This was one of those things he Couldn’t ask about, or at least even Think about asking about. No, no he wouldn’t. Softly easing the rag to make small suds over her skin, both fleshy pink and her skin tones color. Once he was halfway down her back, he laid his forehead on her upper back, idly staring down in concentration as he eased his hand gently against her lower back, staring down at healed over scars in silence.
Giving a solid couple of moments of silence, if only to silently apologize for what could have even cause this.-
Rebecca squeaked at the contact, relaxing as she rested her elbows on her knees, humming a tune as Heat washed her back.
“On the road far from home, you don’t have to feel alone~
Brave and strong, together we will be~
It’s our destiny~”

“My mother used to sing that one quite a bit. It was pretty popular when I was a kid.”
She noticed Heat was quiet, possibly looking at her scars. She turned her head a bit with a small smile.
“That’s what happens when you land back first from the mouth of a Tyranitar onto a pile of sharp pebbles. I was lucky none of ‘em were near my spine. That was about ten or so years ago so they’re pretty faded by now.”
“I’m afraid to try.”
“I’m leaving the choice up to you, Silv.”

“I’ve gotta bring in some baskets from outside so gimme a shout if you need anything, alright?”
With a very gentle ruffle of Silver’s quills, Rebecca went outside to pick up the baskets that were strewn all over the place, courtesy of one of the younger Pokemon around.
“Silv? I’ve got some berry juice that can settle your stomach if you feel up to drinking it.”

“I juiced some Pechas since I know how much y’like ‘em.”
-Heat gave a small huffle, and shrugged his shoulders.-
I don’t know what Melon scented is.Mmm…. Okay, may I be of assistance with this?
-Heat asked, straightening his back up, and stretching slightly before glancing back to her in question.
A new word, and hey he could totally get used to this bit. Definitely felt nice to be cleaned, even though sitting on a stool was odd. Wanting to help out somehow and get his muscles moving even slightly.
He couldn’t stand staying still sometimes. It just happened to be that he was agitated too, due to that little wretched dream of his.-

“Uh, sure. Think y’can get my back?”
Rebecca turned her lightly scarred back to Heat, busily lathering up her hair after handing a soap-covered rag to Heat to use. She had worked up a sweat harvesting berries earlier that day so a nice warm bath would help her relax, hopefully Heat would as well.
I’m honestly pretty sure I’m spotless except maybe some dirt on my paw pads, and that’s all I am saying. I have nothing against it I simply feel as though I’ve scrubbed my fur spotless a couple of times over today.-Heat gave a small purr, and shrugged his shoulders. Tilting his head back to peak at her.-
I’m worried.
-His lips idly crinkled as the water fell down on him, causing a small sigh of what sounded like relief. What a nice feeling.
It almost feigned the feeling of being Nice and Clean. However thoughts seemed to creep in the back of his head, thoughts that revolved around ‘You can Never be clean again.’
As if that nightmare refreshed those…
Terrible thoughts.-

“Tradition or no bubble bath. Melon scented too.”
Rebecca raised an eyebrow, her fingers gently running through Heat’s quills and getting the suds out.
“Worried? About lil ol’ me? That’s sweet of you, Heat.”

“Now that you’re done, I just have to wash up and we can hop in the tub.”
-Muttering-
But I took a shower already.-Huffle huffle. However his ears pricked to the headphones bit. unsure if that was even possible.-
Can headphones be water proof?
I… Was unaware of this. But, I do not wish for you to get electrocuted if they fall into the water if they are electronic.
-Heat said, a bit quietly as he curdled to her lathering and touching of his quills.-

“Heat, this is how we do things here. If ya don’t like it, y’don’t have to take a bubble bath. And it was all nice and warm too.”
She worked gently on his quills, checking every inch of him to make sure he was clean.
“They’re not electronic so no worries. Rinse off time, sweetie.”
She turned on the shower head again, very carefully rising the suds out.
-Heat gave a childish huff, not really bothering to stare too long before walking to the stool, and sitting down.
Mentally noting she was hiding some knockers under there somehow, not like he minded that much. Though he’d probably stare later on trying to figure out How exactly that happened.-
Hmphty Hmph.
I already took a shower so, I shouldn’t be that mucky.
“Heat, the tradition is wash all over before hopping in the tub. You wouldn’t want to soak in crap now would ya?”

“I’m not gonna be takin’ my headphones off for this, Cheren made ‘em waterproof.”
Rebecca scooted over to the tub to start filling it up with bubbly water before starting to lather up Heat’s quills with the shampoo after getting them sufficiently wet. It was like giving Silv a bath but with more pointy.
