“Eh-”
Into the air vents she jumped. She was going to hide in the ventilation system until this was all over. Nope nope nope. She might be immune but the virus still made her quite sickly.
So she simply noped out.

“Eh-”
Into the air vents she jumped. She was going to hide in the ventilation system until this was all over. Nope nope nope. She might be immune but the virus still made her quite sickly.
So she simply noped out.

“Jesus christ on a bike.”

“Eh? What’s going on now?”

“Hehe, I won. And I didn’t have to kill anyone to win!”
Screaming in the hallway? What was that…?

Rebecca peeked out after rubbing her eyes and spotted her siblings right before they turned a corner and she sighed. Then, instead of running to her Dad in response to the message she got, she went back into her room and curled up on her bed, wirelessly locking her door.
She’d just be a bother to X right now, he was busy. She was fine. Or would be at the very least.

“I can see wonderful hot dudes and I ain’t complaining.”
As soon as Rebecca had seen the news report, she shuddered on the spot before running off to her room, ignoring worried Hunters that tried getting her to stop.
She locked her door behind her and crawled into her bed, burrowing herself under her blankets.

Anyone who walked by her door at that moment would suddenly hear muffled sobbing that lasted for quite a while. Until what sounded like something popping, then hoarse coughing replaced it for a moment until silence.
Then it echoed, loud and true, down the hallway. The sound of a violin resounded, pain and sadness seeping into every note as one of the children of Zero played out her anguish.
It echoed and resounded until she became tired, and the music stopped.
And everything was silent once more.

“Eh?”
She sensed a disturbance in the force.

“You wanna fuckin’ tell that false bullshit to Papa? Tell that to him without the anon mask, coward.”

“Well-”
And then she launched herself into the nearest air duct, skittering away as fast as she could manage.
Nope.
