Rock couldn’t recall during the news of Zero’s death. It was…a blur to him, but he did not know that they had to take him to the medical bay to fix some broken parts. He did met with Rebecca and other people as he is coping. Rock looks up at the girl as he wipes away the tears coming down. “Th-Thank you and….Sorry i-if I was being a b-bother.” He eventually trying to calm down.
“I…I got a message. I think it was from Zero.”
“You’re not being a bother, Rock. It’s fine.”
She gently helped him wipe his tears away with her shirt sleeve, before running her hand through his hair and holding onto him for a bit longer. Then, what he said registered and she pulled back for a moment, blinking in a bit of shock.
“…You too?”
Wirelessly, she requested to see the message over her internal messaging program, sending it to Rock.
Hearing the familiar voice, the blue bot froze just for a second and turns to her with widen teary blue eyes. “R-Rebecca!” He just runs towards her to give her a hug and he starts to sob out loud. Rock didn’t care if anyone sees him in such a distressed state.
Who hurt him, was her first mental question. And could she kill whoever hurt him, she wondered. Rebecca knelt down in order to give Rock more to hold on to and wrapped gentle arms around him, a hand gently brushing down his wild hair in hopes it would comfort him.
You can see the boy in blue running down the hallways of Hunter Headquarters in tears. Catching with shallow breaths and Ignoring the confused reploids looks as he kept on running until he sees anyone familiar. He couldn’t believe what he found. A simple code, but he knew deep inside….It was meant from him. It was a simply lyric from a simple song between him and Zero. He needs to tell someone about this.
Okay, that was a distinctive signature outside her door now. She sat up in bed and rubbed at her eyes until there was no evidence, and went to her door. She unlocked and opened it just in time to spot Rock running down the hallway.
