“Great view… right… but it is in great condition, and it always will be. I’ll never let anything bad happen to it, so if it’s raining, I won’t let it get wet, and if it snows, I won’t let it get… snowed.”

“Personally, from far enough away, magma and lava can be kinda pretty. Especially when it’s cooling down.”

“I appreciate that, Silv. You’re a good kid, y’know that?”

“If spring means there will be more flowers, it must be a very good thing. That must be why there’s more green on the trees, too.

No, it’s in very good condition! I’m super careful with it. I never let even the ground touch it. I keep it on a shelf, in the tallest skyscraper. That’s the farthest you can get away from the heat while on solid ground.”

"That’s exactly why there’s more green on the trees.”

“And I’m glad it’s in good condition. It’s better than I thought it’d be from the heat and such. And a skyscraper? Sounds like it has a great view.”

“You really don’t have to do anything for me… you’ve already done so much as it is. I learned how to keep flowers from dying, and I got this thing called a backpack that I’ve taken really good care of, and it really helps with carrying things.

Its gotten a lot warmer lately. It used to be really hard to sleep because of the cold, but it’s not so cold anymore. I think the world is changing.”

"Sounds like spring is coming. You’ll see flowers on trees soon, it’ll be beautiful.”

“I’m offering cause it’s good to try it out first instead of just getting one willy nilly.

Also I’m glad the backpack hasn’t fallen apart yet. I’m not very good at patch-up jobs so I was worried it’d fall right apart.”

“I guess it would be important for someone who lived in a house and had to buy house things. I usually sleep outside. I guess it would be good to have, just in case.”

“It never hurts to have a ‘just in case’ store of money. As for sleeping outside, you can get a sleeping bag and a tent if you need warmth one night.”

“I have a spare from my travelling days if you want to try it out first. And yes, house things are very important. Like a fridge for berries and fruits, a sink, it goes on and on.”

holdingmyworldsdestiny:

“I guess that’s why people say money is so important. But you can’t buy grass.”

“In a way, you can. You can buy grass seed and soil from a gardening store and make your own field of grass.”

“Money is definitely important, I make my own living by selling my harvest of berries and fruits every week.”

"It would certainly create a good source of income if someone hires you.”

image

“I don’t know what I’ll actually do with any money but I’ll figure it out.”

“Well, you can buy your own clothes, buy your own food, blankets, whatever you want.”

“As long as it’s got a price tag on it, you can buy it.”

He stared at it for a moment. It didn’t look very good, honestly speaking. It looked like a mishmash of colors. Still, Silver had never been one to refuse trying something new. All it took was one sip, and his tail was wagging rather rapidly. It may not have been the nicest looking thing, but it certainly was one of the best tasting things. So many flavors, all blended into one mixture!

“My dad actually taught me that one. Pecha, Oran and Banana liquefied into a delicious drink. Him and mom worked a Berry Farm so they taught me all the tricks of the trade. Pretty cool, huh?”

“I’ll admit that it’s not the most attractive thing in the world, blending Berries and fruit almost never is.”

Rebecca chuckled a bit, leaning against the counter. She was rather happy her first smoothie was delicious to him. She hadn’t made one since her father taught her how.

“Well… alright. I’ll do that.”

Rebecca went into the kitchen part of the room, taking out several oran and pecha berries along with a banana, going over to the blender and blending the berries before putting the banana in, making it a liquid. She poured it into a glass and held it out to Silver.

“It’s done and ready to taste, Silv.”

“If you insist. I don’t want to be impolite and refuse or anything, I just don’t like the idea of someone going through so much trouble for me.”

“It’s because I care, Silv.”

“If you’d like, you can wait in the dining room again. I’ve got berries and fruits to blend up and it won’t take long.”

holdingmyworldsdestiny:

“Well at first I thought that was what I was supposed to do. I know better now… so I’ll be more careful.

You don’t have to do anything! I’ll find something!”

"Good. I want you to be healthy, Silv.”

“I want to make you something, sweetie. You need something to eat. I’ll make you a smoothie, how about that? All your favorite berries in it along with a fruit or two.”
