“Another way to reduce stress is listening to music. I have environmental music and extra rooms you can rest and listen in.”

“Silv, getting sick is your body’s way of telling you to stop. And just because you can eat a lot doesn’t mean you should. Not to mention there’s the potential for food poisoning and that can get you hospitalized.”

“I didn’t mean it like that…”

“Then why don’t you want to have healthy foods like rice or fruits? I mean having one cookie once in a while is all well and good but binge eating? Not only is that unhealthy, but it’s a wonder you haven’t thrown up yet.”

“They’re not as good as cookies…”

“I feel a little insulted, Silv.”

“You’d rather have unhealthy stuff than what I’ve grown. Do you not want to be able to run without losing your breath? Because that’s what healthy foods can do.”

“…Oh.

I guess that makes sense…” But Silver was a lot more open with his secrets than most people.

"Do you understand why people are reacting they way they are now? To them, you’re giving someone you just met something precious.”

The former champion hoped he understood her blabber. She tended to go on and on when no one stopped her.

“Well I guess the answer would be the same, but I try to be open to everyone. If you show openness to people, they’re more likely to show openness to you.”

“Alright, now I’ll put this into perspective for you. Kisses are like secrets. You give them to those you trust and if you give them out like candy, they become less important to you and those around you.

It’s the kisses on the lips that are reserved for those you find you can trust with your heart. If that person gives you a warm feeling in your heart when someone so much as mentions their name or nickname, that’s the person who you should give kisses on the lips to.

Also keep in mind that this would not me appropriate for those who are related to you, those people get cheek kisses.”

“I guess someone I know well, but I honestly trust anyone until they give me a reason not to. It’s not nice to not trust people if they haven’t done anything mean to you.”

“Now that you know the answer to that question, here’s another. Which one would you trust with your personal secrets and feelings? Someone you know well or someone you just met? Again, only pick one.”

“That seems like a really long wait…”

“Silv, who would you trust more? Someone you know well or someone you just met? You can only choose one, not both. If you have trouble deciding, then think about it.”

“I give up on people.”

“I said I’m very close. I didn’t say I would. I think I would be better for you to simply walk away from them as soon as the name calling starts, honestly. If the situation allows for it, I mean.”
