“I’d love to give out the rest of the chocolates I’ve made but I got called in for a shift at the bakery. That’s just wonderful.”

“He said he wanted to get discounts out of you and implied I was usin’ you too! So I punched him in the face and he went down pretty fast.”

The former champion got out of bed, wobbling downstairs to the kitchen and taking a small pill with water.
She leaned on the counter, grumbling quiet curses to herself as she waited for the pill to start working.
