Shadow watched her curiously as she started to move. It became clear almost immediately that she had no systems actually in place to help with her stealth, and that everything she was doing had simply been learned methods to work with what she had. It was less effective than his own, but admiral that she would put this much effort into it.
From what he knew of reploids, though, they were all like that. Some were built for specific purposes, much like how robot masters had been, but many hunters had been designed to be more… generalized. Specific skillsets had to be learned and worked towards and that was…
More impressive, and made them better warriors over all.
“Hmm.” He couldn’t hold her first movements against her; she hadn’t been prepared to show off her stealth skills and thus hadn’t been set up properly, but Shadow felt that it was safe to assume that she wouldn’t find herself caught off guard like that during an actual assignment. Not an assignment based around stealth, at least.
“Impressive. You do run the risk of getting taken by surprise if someone did catch you up there, or learned your habits. You’ll have a harder time trying to respond to a sudden attack while you’re trying to keep your signals low than you would otherwise.”
“Mhm. I haven’t been taken by surprise before, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen in the future.”
She dropped from the ceiling with just a slight tap of her feet, huffing a bit. She had to work on falling silently at some point, but that could happen once she was better at actually moving around silently. Maybe her boots needed better shock absorbers.
“Thank you though. That’s really useful to hear.”

She nodded in agreement to the assessment. She knew she definitely needed improvement, and didn’t have everything down perfectly, despite her hard work.
She wanted to improve as much as she could after all. Getting up in arms or getting pissy about it wouldn’t help her in the least.
“Right now I’m trying to learn how to multitask while keeping my signals low too, but I’m also trying to work on my speed since that’ll help me too.”
Maybe working on just one thing at once was the smart idea right now, but learning how to keep her signal low while using her speed was at least a good idea in her book.
