This stuff was very strange and smelled funny. But they were supposed to get in so that’s what they planned to do. Crawling down they reached out and felt the bottom of the tub with their hand. Making their way in they in the suds.

‘This feels funny. Warm but funny.’

“Then it’s doing its job. It’s a kind of soap that makes pretty bubbles.”

“Close your eyes and mouth, okay?”

Rebecca took a soft rag off the side of the tub, soaking it in the water for a moment before gently taking the little Pokemon’s head in a hand and carefully started washing their face.

“That feel good, sweetie?”

smallestclone:

The Pokemon rubbed their head, seems the memory of hitting that wall still hasn’t left them.

‘Teleported into the kitchen?’

Slowly they crawled down the Human’s arm. Reaching the bubbles the leaned in to give them a sniff. When they touched one and it popped on their nose they jolted back.

“Careful, little one. Don’t let go of my arm until you’re in, okay? The water’s not deep so you’d bonk your head on the bottom of the tub.”

Rebecca held her arm steady, her free hand ready to catch the little Pokemon in case of a fall.

“Yeah, teleported into the kitchen. That’s when we first met, I believe.”

smallestclone:

That was a strange thing to watch. Water coming out of the wall? And that stuff coming out of that thing she’s squeezing reminded him of Goop. Mewtwo only got more confused when she asked him that.

‘Try it? What do I do?’

“Y’sit in it while I wash ya around. Like what I was doing to the berries when you poofed into the kitchen.”

“The water’s all nice and warm too.”

Rebecca put an arm into the two inch deep water so the little Pokemon could climb out if they wanted to.

smallestclone:

‘Bubble bath?’

Before they could think about it further they were off. Holding on tight to keep from falling the little Pokemon closed their eyes.

Rebecca skidded to a stop in the bathroom, rolling up her sleeves before turning on the bath faucet, squeezing bubble soap into the stream of water. She carefully mixed it around, making sure there were plenty of bubbles and the water was pleasantly warm.

“Alright, it’s ready. Would you like to try it?”

smallestclone:

Mewtwo took the shoulder, clinging to the trainer.

‘Yes. My face fills icky now.’

“Alright. I’ll give you a bubble bath then. Hang on tight.”

As soon as the little Pokemon clung to her shoulder, she booked it for the house, running in and taking off her shoes as quick as possible. She forewent the slippers and hightailed it to the bathroom to draw the bath.

smallestclone:

‘The grey thing touched my face.’

The small Pokemon mentally whined out. Rubbing at the spot on their face, they just couldn’t get that weird feeling gone.

Rebecca knelt down, offering their shoulder to the little Pokemon.

“Want me to wash your face, little one?”

“I know the feeling of unexpected contact.

smallestclone:

Mewtwo could only nod. Looking up to the stove they smelled something but had no idea what it was the other Pokemon was making.

‘What can I do to help?’

‘See if you can hop up here, little one. I can only hold one item at a time right now.’

The floating Pokemon was busy mixing the oatmeal, a goopy arm opening a few empty drawers to give the little Pokemon a way to get up.

smallestclone:

After getting their footing the little Pokemon slowly made their way out of the room and down the stairs. Mewtwo hated these things. Last time they tried to go down these by their self they ended up falling down instead.

Finally reaching the bottom Mewtwo wobbly made their way to the kitchen.

‘Goop?’

The Reuniculus floated above the counter, using Psychic to mix a bowl of oatmeal. He chirped when the little Pokemon entered the room, floating down to meet him.

‘Hello there, little one. Triton sent you down to help, I assume?’

smallestclone:

That sounded better than just sitting here doing nothing. What was that thing they do to say yes? It took a moment but Mewtwo remembered, nodding while making their way to the edge of the bed. Waiting for the Vaporeon to let them down.

‘Alright then. Hold on tight.’

Triton offered his tail to the other and once they held on, he lowered them to the carpet.
