Scooting over Indigo snuggled close to Rebecca, their purr only getting stronger. The Pokemon was so comfortable they could fall asleep at any moment. Raising their head up somewhat the Mewtwo gave her a kiss on the cheek and wrapped their tail around her.

Rebecca wrapped a warm arm around Indigo, curling up under the blanket before taking off her headphones and closing her eyes to rest.

“Sleep well, Indigo. Th’best thing is that y’can use this anytime…”

She must have been more tired than she thought, after hauling all the gifts in. The champion had fallen straight asleep.

Indigo couldn’t help but purr loudly from how warm and soft everything was. Pulling some of the blanket back they patted the bare spot. Silently asking her to lay down too.

“Gimme one sec to fold up your new hoodies, Indigo.”

She did so, very carefully folding the new clothes and putting them on the coffee table before carefully climbing up onto the pillow bed next to Indigo.

“I knew I made the right choice for the pillow bed. It’s so comfy!”

Reaching out with their mind they didn’t sense anything. With that taken care of Indigo plopped right down in the middle of it.

‘It is soft!’

“Do you like it, Indigo?”

“You can use your new blanket on top of it too, which is the best part.”

She got up and gently draped the warm blanket over the tiny Pokemon with a bright smile.

Looking over their eyes went wide. Teleporting out of the blanket over to the present. Indigo just stared at the large gift for a couple minutes before tearing into it. Once they were done they were very confused.

‘A Pokemon?’

“You’re half right. It’s a giant pillow bed, just for you.”

“Go ahead and land on it. I got the softest one.”

The champion saved up a ton to get it for her little charge, it made all her hours at the League worth it.

Using their powers Indigo wrapped their self up in the sky blue cloth until they looked like a floating ball before touching down in the trainer’s lap.

“Mewtwo!”

The Pokemon was so excited they forgot to speak mentally but their excitement was easy enough to understand.

Rebecca looked down at her little charge before getting a smile on her face.

“You are one adorable little blanket burrito. Aren’t you going to open the last of your presents? The big one against the wall.”

The Pokemon was so excited they completely forgot about the other presents, teleporting to the next one they used their powers to make the first tear, but left the rest to their hands. What came out of there seemed bigger than the two hoodies, floating up Indigo held onto one end and let the rest go, letting gravity unfold it.

“Mew!”

“Do you like it? It’s a new blanket for you to use.”

“I wasn’t sure about the color because that was the softest one they had. The others were rather ick colors.”

Rebecca looked happy that Indigo was so excited about his presents.

Indigo didn’t exactly understand what she was doing, so they just playfully flew circles around her, keeping their speed really low.

‘I haven’t seen Zeke in a few days, I missed up teleporting again, I got to some really hot place.’

Rebecca softly sighed, her face in her hand before she held out her arm for Indigo to fly around.

“Next time, tell me when you’re teleporting somewhere. We still have that mental link from months ago, remember?”

This hoodie thing felt kind of weird but nice too, it was enough to earn Rebecca a hug to her face, complete with forehead smooches.

The trainer let out a startled squeak but hugged the little Pokemon anyway with a smile.

“I’m glad you like it, Indigo. Now go open your other presents, there’s still some more.”

Oh right, boxes can have stuff in them. Still using their hands they opened the top and pulled out two floppy things they really weren’t sure what to make of.

‘Ooo, I love them! What are they?’

“Hoodies, you wear them.”

She beckoned Indigo closer and helped them put on one of the hoodies, pulling the hood up over their head.

“See? It’s both for sun and rain protection.”

‘It’s really okay, these are all for me?’

Slowly floating forward Indigo tried using their hands just like she said, it was hard to get a grip on the paper with their fingers, but once they got the first tear the rest was easy.

‘It’s a box!’

“Mhm.”

“Haha, it’s what’s inside the box is your present, Indigo. You can play with the boxes after you open your presents.”

Rebecca chuckled to her self, a bright grin on her face.
