-Whines-
Deal, I suppose.

Rebecca chuckled a bit.
“Hun, I wont bite unless you ask me to. Now would you like some chocolate milk? Triton’s just about done outside if you’re more comfortable with him.”
-Whines-
Deal, I suppose.

Rebecca chuckled a bit.
“Hun, I wont bite unless you ask me to. Now would you like some chocolate milk? Triton’s just about done outside if you’re more comfortable with him.”
-Wheezes-
Sorry.

“Hun, it’s alright. Really, it is. How about we both do our best to protect him and keep him happy? Deal?”
-Twitches-

“I remember being absolutely furious when that nutjob hurt Silv. Even back then, he was like a little brother to me. Y’don’t need to thank me, hun. I’ll always do my best to help him.”
-Shadow watched, Idly staring, and flicking his ears to Rebecca’s movements. Lightly twitching his nose as he sipped his water. Grateful for its existence. Feeling the cool liquid slide down his throat with the light taste it had. Watching as she placed the bowl down, and glancing at Triton’s head turn.
He really wasn’t sure about writing that off as a kind gesture, or if it was some sot of trick. Idly staring down at the smaller creature to the gentle pat.
At least it didn’t seem like a trick.
And watched him leave to the other side. And his fin swaying in the air, Shadow giving a small sigh, and changing his gaze downwards almost automatically. Slowly sipping his cold water. Yet not daring to look up too far. Not daring to make any sudden movements, or reactions, just trying to breath nice and smoothly, and enjoy such a rare occasion of water.-
Rebecca quietly sipped at her tea for a while before softly speaking up.
“Would you like a pillow? Hardwood flooring isn’t good for anyone’s back, no matter the species.”

Triton was too busy eating the chopped berries to respond to his trainer’s words, munching away happily.

“Vaporrr~”
-Shadow glanced away, unsure about why he was being offered ice. Especially considering he’d only end up going back to his hell pit at one point or another. It wasn’t wise for him to get used to being cool. Staring down at him for about a full moment, before slowly accepting the ice with a sigh.
Placing the ice piece on his lap, Unsure of where to actually put it. As he continued to silently sip his water, trying to make it last like the little pack rat he was. Honestly Shadow wasn’t Sure about talking to a Human.
He just didn’t find it necessary. He didn’t think it was something he needed, or wanted to do. And it would probably take a few hours for him to even Say something, Shadow hardly ever even said Hello. Actually he still flat out didn’t even say that. If he wanted to talk he would either get straight to the point, or he would stare to provoke the other party to speak to him.
However, this other four legged creature seemed to be nice. Idly sighing as he stared off into his own little world there. As if thanking him without saying thank you.
It was rare when he even said the simplest things, and he often avoided it.-
Rebecca opened her eyes and blinked, looking like she had forgotten something. She went into the fridge, taking out Oran and Pecha berries and going to the counter, chopping them up almost mechanically before putting all the pieces into a bowl with Triton’s name on it. She then went to a small mat in the opposite corner of the kitchen and put the bowl down, going back to the table.

Triton heard the clack of his bowl, looking over at the mat near instantly and hopping over to it after giving the hedgehog’s knee a gentle pat with a paw and chirping at him. He started eating the berry slices happily, his tail fin wagging in delight.

“Vaporrrr~”
Nnnnnn.
-Okay so his favorite thing was offered, he’s not gonna deny an offer like Water of all things, hoping it wouldn’t upset his tummy as he idly picked it up, and slowly sipped it. Using both hands to hold the cup, with his knees tucked in to his chest still. Vaguely wondering why this creature was being so nice. Glancing around the environment, and realizing that this place seemed to be not his world.
Not his world by a Looong shot. Idly twitching his nose, the water seemed to be good for his throat. Hopefully no one would notice the blood stains everywhere on him, Not like he could clean himself up in his zone. It was probably the most obvious on his white chest fur, and the palms of his torn gloves.-

Triton chirped happily that the other was drinking the water, his tail fin plopping on the floor as he wagged it. He then iced over his paw and broke off a piece of ice, offering it to the hedgehog with his tail.
“Vaporr.”
Rebecca went back to the table, a fresh cup of tea in her hands as she sat down. She stayed quiet as she would allow the hedgehog to talk to her first, to take things at his own pace.

She sipped at her tea, brushing a lock of hair behind her headphones.
-Shadow took a while before actually peaking out. Wondering what the noise was, only to stare down at a blue creature relative to a pet.
Slowly letting his gaze go to the berries, Honestly he probably couldn’t take that much food. But he’d definitely wouldn’t mind taking it home, After all he didn’t know when his next meal, or Rouges, Or Sonic’s next meals would be. It was best to hoard these types of things when he could/ Slowly reaching a hand out, and pulling the plate over to himself.
The peace offering was accepted. Although, rather than eating any of it given his stomach’s current condition, Thank’s to Ray who stuffed an entire cheese cake one to two slices at a time into his mouth.
Casually picking the berries up one at a time, and putting them one by one into his quills. Before snapping back into a childish state, with his arms and legs tucked inwards. Staring in question towards the creatures in the room. Be it a Pokemon, or a Human.-
Triton blinked and sniffed at the hedgehog curiously before sneezing to the side. Ashes didn’t agree with the Vaporeon’s nose. There was a quiet whistle and Triton padded back over to Rebecca. He was back a moment later with a cup of cold water, placing it in front of the other, plopping right back on his rear.

“Vaporrr.”
Triton happily chirped, gently nudging at the cup to tell the other to drink it.
-In which we see the rare sight, Of shadow in the far corner wheezing, curled up like a little kid. Not really wanting to peak out at a Human.
Although humans normally made him Mad, how he was now he was generally kind of Scared. He didn’t really want to talk to a human. Or, interact with one. Humans were scary. Although he used to know some that weren’t for him, for all he knew humans were scary creatures, although this opinion was based mostly on his life style in the future of his zone. It came mostly due to the people living in paranoia, fear, and violence. To be honest Shadow didn’t really like any of that, Especially now of all times, when he actually had a full stomach for once.-
The Vaporeon padded into the kitchen and Rebecca gave him the plate of Sitrus berries, motioning to the corner.

Triton softly chirped, expertly balancing the plate on his head as he went to the corner. The plate clinked as it was placed on the floor in front of the hedgehog and Triton plopped his finned butt down and chirped for the other’s attention.
“Vaporrr~”

-Shadow randomly Chaos controled, for what seemed to be no aparent reason, Plopping face first to meet Table in the face, looking up only to shriek out.
NOT DELICATE
-Before twitching, and taking a moment to blankly blink at the other, before scrambling his mouse self all the way to the opposite corner with a loud, girlish scream. Humans were not friend.-
Rebecca sat there in a bit of shock for a few moments, mentally thanking Arceus she had gotten the stronger table when furniture shopping before standing up and getting a paper towel. First she cleaned the spilled tea, then she put the tea cup pieces in the garbage, calling Triton in.

She put a few freshly washed Sitrus berries on a plate, waiting for Triton to come in.
Rebecca was sipping at her tea, reading the morning paper at the kitchen table, attempting to wake up to start her day.

“If only it would rain today. The orchard can’t be watered by sprinklers alone…”
