“I’m blaming me for what happened. I was an idiot and I didn’t- I should’ve been stronger, should’ve been smarter. I’ve got to work on that. I need to go.”
Off to the simulation room she ran, taking her usual shortcut to get there quicker and lock the door behind her.
Ah yes. her usual squeak had left her once more at the compliment. Now covering her blushing face with her hands, Tomoe squeaked once more. “Noooooooooo- Sis, pleaaaseeeeee!”
“Super duper cutie patootie~!”
Rebecca squealed, hugging her sister close and tight as she twirled around.
Hands now moving to touch the flower crown, the rustle of artificial flowers could be heard from the contact. A small smile now gracing the reploid’s lips. This was.. really nice of her. Cue a tiny giggle as Tomoe looked up at the other.
“Thank you..! This is.. really nice! I like it a lot!”
“I’m glad!”
Rebecca clapped her hands together in glee before gently hugging her little sister.
Her voice was soft as she called out to the other. Footsteps light as she walked into Rebecca’s room. While she was anxious, Tomoe knew very well that no harm would befall her in this situation.
“You.. told me you wanted to give me something…?”
“Yup! Here.”
Plop. There was now a flower crown gently placed on Tomoe’s head. Rebecca adjusted it a little bit before backing away, satisfied with a bright grin.
