“Oh, That? It’s fine..!” He tried to sound reassuring, or reassured, or, well, something but only ended sounding awkward. Handling things delicately was not his forte.
“Um, are you feeling okay now?”
“No, I’m not.”
The reality of the situation was finally hitting her, tears streaming down her freckled cheeks. She let out a choked keening noise before burying her face in her hands.
She wanted her brother. She wanted her mother. She wanted her father.
“Are you gonna finish that or can I take the plate?”
Rebecca quietly asked, pointing at the plate of food in front of the male. She could get up and do the dishes now, but better to ask first to see if he was still eating. At least she was being polite about it.

The girl laid a hand over own katana on her belt, unsure of whether the other needed help or not. Her voice was rather androgynous, so she wouldn’t be surprised if she was confused for a boy.
They’ve been theorized in many religions and studies. Ragnarok. The Apocalypse. Armageddon. Whatever name you know it by, it has finally come. God Himself has arrived with his angels, opposed by the fallen Morning Star, Lucifer, and his many demons.
And there are more still who refuse to pick a side… who go where their natural instinct takes them. Those who want to just survive. Humanity has been caught up in forces they could not possibly hope to oppose, and yet, such minuscule beings have been known to topple giants through sheer determination and ingenuity.
What will you do? Burn a path of Chaos with the flesh of the Lawful? Pave a road of Order with the blood of Demons? Or will you create your own future?
